Oh god, I'm so late with this series of posts.
It's not that I didn't get/buy anything but more that I was focused on using up stuff.
But since I'm so late I decided to merge all three months into one post. This way I can show you all the things I got instead of writing three separate posts about them.
New in: April, May & June 2018
Let's start with the first month - April.
APRIL
My current focus is still skincare. And yes, I still love sheet masks. I have about 30 now and I'm waiting to use them up before I get new ones.
But I got a pack of 7 off eBay for some spare money. I don't think they were expensive as they are probably from an old LE. These are from The Saem.
After Ana from Antiage Anasan raved about the Neutrogena Anti-Pickel cleansing gel I had to get my own. I found it in Muller for a bit less than 5€. So far I'm 1/2 way through it and I'm using it only in the mornings.
I also got a bunch of brushes off eBay. They are okay. Some of them are good, but most are just okay.
I was in need of a hair mask and conditioner and once I saw (and smelled) this beauty (which can be used as both), I decided that I need it in my life.
It's a mask from Garnier and it smells like candy bananas.
I also got a zinc-based rash cream to use on my bikini area after shaving.
I was looking for shaving supplies that were supposed to last me for the next year. But because I was pretty new at this wet shaving thing, I picked some extra.
I got a baby oil from Johnson's that works well with wet shaving.
I also got a Green Line Witch Hazel toner and a Witch Hazel Cleansing Milk because I picked up the wrong one. Whoops!
What, more shaving supplies?
Well yes, when I got into it I needed everything.
And because I wanted to support our local brands, I picked Afrodita's Aftershave lotion + gel cream.
Somewhere in between, I got two sample sizes of Balea's Oatmeal Shampoo and Hair Conditioner. I got them because well, they have a cute packaging and because I gifted a pair of them to Sunshine Cafe Blog back in December.
I also got myself a nice holographic nail polish by Catrice. I was totally inspired by We Just Travel who got a Nfu Oh nail polish.
And the Matt sunscreen by Sundance was supposed to be something amazing. But I got burning eyes from it. So I had to give it away.
MAY
In May I got some shaving supplies as I was really into wet shaving. Well, I still am. But not so obsessively.
I got a couple of different razor blades because you're supposed to try as many as you can. To find the ones that suit you the best.
I also got some Haslinger's shaving soap.
Here's my first wet shaving order. A razor blade, a shaving bowl and a shaving brush. The blade and the brush are amazing. I can't get over how great they are!
During a quick run to the drugstore, I picked some Summer essentials. And by that, I mean anti-mosquito stuff. And some sun-stuff.
Who doesn't love a good waterproof mascara? Well, I know I do! I picked a new one (for me) from Catrice. I had a regular version which I liked and the waterproof version is proving to be pretty fine, too.
I also got my staple eyeliner from Essence. It's waterproof and I am not switching brands anytime soon.
Again, some Summer Essentials. I found an amazing deal on the Afrodita Kozmetika's sunscreens and I couldn't pass it up. I really like their children's line.
Did you say wet shaving? Because I sure did. I got a bunch of shaving soaps samples from Maggard's site. I liked the shopping experience there. The shipping is quite expensive, but it's cheaper than getting full sized products and realizing you don't like them.
I got my very first package from The Body Shop*. It was my very first try of their products. I talked about them in a separate post - MY FIRST EXPERIENCE WITH THE BODY SHOP PRODUCTS.
JUNE
The hotter it became, the less I felt the need to buy more new products. I got focused on using stuff up. But I still got some small bits and bobs.
I got three lipsticks from Avon*. They are from their Bold line and I really enjoy their formula. I need to write a post about them :).
I also got an undereye cream from Melvita*. I talked about it here.
I couldn't believe it when Mateja gave me all these lovely things. I was super excited because I am a big fan of the Manefit Sheet Masks!
I also got a lovely package from Malinca*. It contained a Beauty Mix (MSM + Camu Camu), Jojoba oil and a clay mask.
I'm currently using the Jojoba oil, but I had to ditch the Beauty Mix as it made me break out.
And lastly, I decided that I am a bronze goddess and thus should have a lovely bronzer to complement that. And that's why I got a Trend it Up bronzer and blush. The nail base was because I ran out of all other. Plus the Catrice Nail polish was on sale and really pretty. Bridal even!
