This manicure has a fun story behind it.
I wanted to wear neon pink, but at the same time I didn't want to have a full blown neon manicure.
And I also wanted to use up my Essie Blanc (it's at its end). And do some stamping.
So this manicure was born!

Kitty plate from Lady Queen
Essence Gel looks top coat
In the end, I am happy with my manicure, but I am longing for my nail art brush. I am itching for something more creative. I need to draw. Soon. :D
