NOTD: Essie Neon 09 - Perky Purple

Sooo... I was feeling lazy, so I just applied the polish OVER the one I was already wearing (other neon pink). Ha! And without any top coat on. I must say that I got the white tips almost instantaneously, my nails chipped today.. But probably it would work really well without all that 'nonsense' in the middle. Which means with a base coat and a top coat. I'm really sorry to the shitty apply, but I just wanted to try the color out. It doesn't look all that neon, but when you put it close to any other color the other color seems dull. So I guess it must be neon. Btw my fav nail polish so far looked really boring in confront to this (my fav was Status Symbol). I kinda like it, but... I like the pink even more! :) Does it look like a neon nail polish to you?
